THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROCESS
We strive to provide a simple, hassle-free event proposal process for you.
After a short phone conversation, we take the key elements of your event and provide an initial proposal so you can see if we’re a good fit. We love working with clients all over the world including local Seattle corporate event planners.
Once we establish an initial relationship, we can bring in our technical and creative design teams in to work through each aspect of the proposal.
A typical proposal can be turned around in as little as a few days depending on the complexity. We continue working through the revision process until we find the ideal solution for your event.
Some of the key elements to think about before we start your proposal are:
- How will we measure the success of the event?
- Who are the stakeholders?
- What is my budget?
- What aspects of the event are non-negotiable?
- What are the basic details such as date, general location, and guest count?
