Seattle Event Venues for over 400 guests

Seattle Convention Center

Probably the most obvious choice of all large Seattle event venues, the Seattle Convention Center is a modern facility in the heart of downtown Seattle.  It boasts versatile event spaces, including ballrooms and meeting rooms, to accommodate large gatherings. Choose from the Arch at 705 Pike, Arch at 800 Pike, or the breathtaking new Summit building.

Bell Harbor International Conference Center

Located on the beautiful Seattle waterfront, Bell Harbor International Conference Center offers stunning views of Puget Sound.  With 100,000 square feet of event space and inclusive meeting packages, it’s an ideal venue for corporate events up to 800 seated or 1,800 reception.

Fremont Foundry

A trendy and industrial-chic venue, the Fremont Foundry can host large corporate receptions up to 850 in its stylish and flexible spaces, but note that seated maxes out at about 250 guests.  This is a great choice for welcome receptions, holiday parties, networking, and employee appreciation events; and it’s a great fit for both local groups and DMC clients.

Meydenbauer Center

Situated in Bellevue, just east of Seattle, Meydenbauer Center offers both a convention center with flexible setup options, and professional performing arts theatre that seats 410 guests.  While not technically in Seattle, it’s definitely a venue worth considering along with all of the amenities that Bellevue has to offer including fine dining, shopping, hotels, and more.

The Westin Seattle

With its central downtown Seattle location and ample event space, The Westin is an excellent choice for hosting large corporate events and conferences for up to 2,000 attendees.  They have over 70,000 square feet of event space from their 29 different rooms including meeting rooms, grand ballroom, and grand foyer.

Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP)

This non-profit museum offers unique event spaces for large gatherings, including the iconic Sky Church (shown below).  They also have lounges, learning labs, a theater, and outdoor plazas.  For the ultimate experience, host a block party for up to 10,000 guests that includes the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass.

Chihuly Garden and Glass

T-Mobile Park

Home to the Seattle Mariners, T-Mobile Park offers a unique and spacious setting for large corporate events, with several venue options to choose from throughout the ballpark. Our favorite is the on-field experience where you can make up to 47,000 attendees feel like MVPs.

Seattle Aquarium

For a one-of-a-kind event, the Seattle Aquarium provides marine life exhibits and event spaces for up to 800 guests to host your corporate gatherings. Located on the Seattle waterfront (Pier 59 on Elliott Bay), guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor experiences that are sure to give them a quintessential Pacific Northwest experience.

Benaroya Hall

The home of the Seattle Symphony offers two elegant auditoriums and three beautiful banquet/reception spaces, all in downtown Seattle. Seated options are available from 150 to 550 guests, or standing receptions up to 1200 guests.

Hyatt Regency Seattle

Located downtown, this hotel offers extensive and modern event facilities suitable for large corporate gatherings and conferences. They offer two beautiful ballrooms that each accommodate around 2,000 guests. Top it off with incredible guestrooms and service, and you’re guaranteed a successful event.

Sheraton Grand Seattle

The Sheraton Grand Seattle has no shortage of space for you group with 51 different event spaces including meeting rooms. With a maximum capacity of 2000 guests in the show-stopping Grand Ballroom, this is a favorite Seattle location for fundraisers and galas.
